CLI

The Children’s Law Institute or CLI is a branch of the Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing at New Mexico State University.

They are committed to incorporating local and national expertise towards the advancement of best practices throughout the behavioral heal care system.

Their mission is to “Improve child, youth and family wellbeing and resilience in New Mexico by promoting a high-quality workforce for the children’s behavioral health system to create an accessible, effective, and responsive network of support.”

CLI is the result of the hard work, collaboration, and planning of leaders from every sector of our child welfare and juvenile justice community. Every January, the Children’s Court Improvement Commission collaborates with New Mexico State University and other state agencies to sponsor the CLI Conference in Albuquerque. This event is a highly attended conference which provides a platform and resource for the providers of services throughout the state.

This year’s conference will be held virtually, January 12th – 14th, and will featured many inspiring guest speakers, workshops and vendor pages. See the link below to register.
